ESE+GATE + SES (GS) : 1 Year Foundation Course

About Course

Regular Classroom Course is designed for comprehensive preparation. The main feature of the course is that all subjects are taught from basic to advanced level, by highly experienced professors from reputed colleges and by GATE/ESE toppers. Due emphasis is given on solving objective and numerical questions in class.

Separate batches are conducted for GATE Exclusive Courses and for ESE + GATE Courses. MADE EASY team has developed very effective teaching methodology and advanced techniques to face competitive examinations, this enables aspirants to solve questions with full accuracy in the given time frame. The total teaching hours needed for comprehensive coverage of ESE + GATE batches, they are approximately 1100 to 1200 hrs. High quality study material is provided in the classroom course with sufficient theory and practice test papers for objective and conventional questions along with regular assignments for practice.

(A) Winter batches : Morning /Evening batches begin in the month of January, February & March . The classes are conducted 6 to 7 days a week for 3 to 4 hrs per day. The class timings may be extended on weekends and public holidays .The course duration is approximately 10 months. These batches are suitable for college going students, working professionals and also for graduated students. These batches are offered at all the centres of MADE EASY.

(B) Summer batches: These batches are designed exclusively for graduated students, who can devote their full time for preparation of competitive examinations. These batches start in the month of May, June and July. The classes are conducted 6 to 7 days a week for minimum 6 hrs a day and may be extended depending upon the requirements. The duration of the course is 6 to 7 months. These batches are offered at all the centres of MADE EASY.

EC/EE/ME/CE/IN/PI/CH

Students of Instrumentation Engineering can enroll themselves in EC classroom course and those with Production Engineering as their domain subject can enroll in ME classroom course batches.

Note 1 : MADE EASY will be the sole authority to schedule the timetable and it will be abiding by all. Subjects will be scheduled as per the availability of the faculty, not as per the priority of the candidates.

Note 2 : Extra ESE technical subjects will be conducted through Live/Recorded online classes.

  • CE : None
  • ME : Mechatronics & Robotics, Renewable Sources of Energy.
  • EE : Electrical Materials, Computer Fundamentals, Communication System, Microprocessor.
  • E&T : Advanced Electronics, Advanced Communication, Electronic Measurements & Instrumentation, Basic Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Organisation.

Note 3 : ESE Pre + GATE 2024 Online Test Series is included in this course.

  • B.E./B.Tech. Pursuing/Passed out Student.
  • Pursuing/Passed Section A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India).
  • Pursuing/Passed M.Sc. degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject (Only for Electronics & Communication Engineering Stream).
  • Pursuing/Passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India.
  • Pursuing/Passed Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture (Post-B.Sc./Post-Diploma) 
  • Master's degree holders in any branch of Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in the final year of such programs.
  • Candidates of the Four-year Integrated Master's degree programme (Post-B.Sc.) in Engineering/Technology.
  • Candidates of Five-year Integrated Master's degree programme or Dual Degree programme in Engineering/Technology.
  • Candidates with qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE (e.g. AMIE by Institute of Engineers (India); AMICE by Institute of Civil Engineers (India)) as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech. Those who have completed section A or equivalent of such professional courses are also eligible.

Refund Policy:

The Fee Refund facility is valid within the first five days for long term regular batches, initial four classes for long term weekend batches & first two classes for short term batches* from the date of commencement of batch. The fee will be refunded after deducting the admission fee (as mentioned on the fee receipt). Refund fee amount will be paid through account payee cheque only, in the favor of the student.

  • Refund/Replacement requests made verbally, over telephone, e-mail or fax will not be valid or accepted.
  • Student has to submit the refund/replacement application in person to the coordinator in the admission office. Only the student or parents can submit Fee Refund/Replacement application. Please note that, we do not accept the applications from any other person/relative/friend.
  • The policy of fee refund or seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Any refund/replacement application received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt, medical prescription etc. after the expiry of the applicable period will not be processed or entertained.
  • Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Note : Short Term batches* include Rank Improvement batch, Post-GATE batch, ESE Mains batch, GS batch, Summer GATE batch, PSUs/State public service commission batches etc.

 

Replacement Policy:

  • The Replacement facility will only be valid for the first three months from the commencement of the batch. The student who replaces the seat should not be the currently enrolled student of MADE EASY. The new replacing student will not be offered the back-up classes of those subjects, which were attended by the previous student. Those books, which were already issued to the previous student, will not be issued again to the new replacing student. The amount equivalent to the admission fee will be charged as replacement processing fee. The seat replacement facility is applicable only for long-term ESE & ESE+GATE batches.

 

  • The batch, course or center, once allotted at the time of admission, will not be changed. Hence, students are advised to discuss batch timings, batch commencement dates, venue and other details with our counselors before admission and join suitable batches as per the convenience.
  • Transfer of batch from regular to weekend or vice versa will not be entertained.
  • Transfer of course from classroom to online or vice versa will not be entertained.
  • College going and working professionals are advised to join live-online batches, later no request will be entertained regarding the change of batch.
