Terms and conditions for 2 Years Classroom Course:
  • One subject will be taught only once, either in first year or in second year.

  • B.E./B.Tech. Pre Final Year/Final Year/Passed out Student.
  • Passed Section A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India).
  • M.Sc. degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject (Only for Electronics & Communication Engineering Stream).
  • Passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India.
  • Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture (Post-B.Sc./Post-Diploma) and those who are in the final year of such programs.
  • Master's degree holders in any branch of Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in the final year of such programs.
  • Candidates in the second or higher year of the Four-year Integrated Master's degree programme (Post-B.Sc.) in Engineering/Technology.
  • Candidates in the fourth or higher year of Five-year Integrated Master's degree programme or Dual Degree programme in Engineering/Technology.
  • Candidates with qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE (e.g. AMIE by Institute of Engineers (India); AMICE by Institute of Civil Engineers (India)) as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech. Those who have completed section A or equivalent of such professional courses are also eligible.

 

To take admission in any of the course, it is mandatory to fill online registration form. After this, 3 different options are available for admission:

Direct Admissions at MADE EASY Centre

Take a printout of registration acknowledgement slip & submit it along with the fee at concerned MADE EASY office. Fee can be paid through Cash/DD/Debit or Credit Card at all the respective Centres.

  • Self attested copy of Identity Proof (such as Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ PAN Card etc.).
  • MADE EASY ID-Card (if you are an Ex-MADE EASY student).

Note:

  • Cheque payment is not accepted.
  • Candidates who are willing to pay through DD are advised to register online before proceeding for DD preparation or call us at 9021300500 to get DD details.
  • Write your Full Name, Branch of Engineering and telephone number on the backside of the Demand Draft.

Complete the final registration by making the payment through any one of the following modes:

    • Student needs to pay the full fees at the time of admission only or in installments after reading the Terms & Conditions of installment facility.

  • For every batch, there are a limited number of seats available through online admissions.
  • Once the batch and Centre is allotted, request for transfer of batch or Centre will not be permitted.
  • Classroom entry & issue of material will be only after you procure your MADE EASY ID Card.

Refund Policy:

  • Student must be serious before taking admission and must remain committed in the course preparation of the target exam. After Fee payment withdrawal from the course is not permitted hence No Refund of Fee shall be applicable under any circumstances. MADE EASY will severe suffer losses in case any balance fee instalments are not paid on due dates and will reserve all the rights to recover the same to save the irreparable losses which the organisation may suffer due to nonpayment of balance due fee (if any).
  • The student hereby agrees without any pressure with the above mentioned conditions of Fee payment, refund & withdrawals before taking the admission.

 

Replacement Policy:

  • The student can replace the seat with another student within first three months of the commencement of batch. The student who replaces the seat should not be current student of MADE EASY and will not be offered any back-up classes.
  • Replacement application has to be submitted in person to the coordinator in the admission office by the student or parents only.
  • The policy of seat replacement is strictly according to the above mentioned terms and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Any seat replacement received without proper documents like ID-card (if issued), fee receipt &written application after the expiry of applicable period will not be processed or entertained.

 

  • The batch or centre, once allotted at the time of admission, will not be changed. Hence, students are advised to discuss batch timings, batch commencement dates, venue and other details with our counselors and accordingly join suitable batches as per the convenience.
  • Batches will not be changed from regular to weekend or vice-versa.
  • Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be transferred or shifted to Postal Study Courses or any other program.
  • College going/working candidates are advised to join weekend batches, as no batch change will be permitted later.

The campus of MADE EASY is safe and secured. The campus is under electronic/CCTV surveillance for safety and security of its students. The institute has well equipped audio-visual classrooms with state-of-the-art equipment and includes LCD projector, which helps in conducting interactive sessions and presentations. There is also in campus facility of photocopy, books shop and canteen.

A doubt left un-cleared builds up in many more doubts and confusions. MADE EASY is the only institute which gives special emphasis on doubt clearing sessions.

Student can take help of faculty members if he/she has major doubts in a particular subject and if there are minor doubts then help can be taken from Assistant faculty.

The main aim of doubt clearing sessions is to provide an extra attention and a personal touch to the students, who are facing challenges in understanding some concepts. Doubt clearing sessions are conducted before or after the classes.

The benefit of these sessions is that they encourage the students to clear their doubts on any topic/subject so that their actual performance is not affected. These sessions also act as a big motivator and help them to renew their energy and enthusiasm towards their goals. Apart from this, faculty members or panel provides round the year support to clear the doubts of the students.

MADE EASY is also providing 24×7 Online Discussion platform, which is social networking website for technical discussions wherein students can post their doubts, attach images, comment on posted doubts and get reply of the queries from the experts.

From the year 2016, GATE has introduced virtual calculator in their examination interface. With physical calculators in real world i.e. in colleges, offices, etc., it becomes quite challenging to use virtual calculators suddenly. To ease out with this difficulty, we organize online practice sessions to make students familiar with the calculator, in turn which will save time and increase accuracy and speed in examination hall.

MADE EASY management has decided to provide the facility to attend the classes topic wise, which will be strictly subjected to the availability of seats and scheduling of that particular subject.

  • This facility will be available at all the centres of MADE EASY.
  • Maximum 3 Technical Subjects will be permitted.
  • Study Material will not be provided.
  • Classes will be conducted as per the schedule of MADE EASY.
