Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is an Indian oil and natural gas company with its headquarters at Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is an amalgamation of the erstwhile foreign oil companies ESSO and Caltex, which were taken over by the Government of India in 1974 and 1976 respectively. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited is a central public sector undertaking with a subscribed capital of Rs. 339.33 Crore. HPCL is a maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.           • POL Facility- Kamardanga: <\/b>The project site is located in Chirang district, Assam. It is designed to help HPCL\u2019s supply chain infrastructure in the North East. So far, the project has completed major building works.<\/li>\n
