    2. a citizen of Bhutan or a citizen of Nepal or<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. A Tibetan refugee who entered India before 1st January, 1962 for the purpose of permanently settling in India or<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Any person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or from Vietnam with the intention of settling permanently in India.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (except a citizen of India) mentioned above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.<\/span><\/li>\n
